Explore in our three pine-rooms the harmonious Engadin ambience combined with culinary creations from the Chastè cuisine and selected wines from our wine cellar. We cook with fresh and local quality products, taking the protection of species into account.
This summer, our restaurant is, despite hosts-day off, with a small snack menu, open on Monday and Tuesday from 12.00 to 17.00.

The "gastronomic and culinary" Society of Friends of the fish kitchen was founded on September 4, 1969. The founders wanted primarily to promote the art of fish-cooking in hospitality up and down the country.
